Linda Leake led me to change my job search in the following ways: 1) reorganize my resume, 2) examine my strengths, weaknesses, skills and abilities so that I could describe how I would transfer them to potential employers and 3) allowed me to participate in mock interviews where I received feedback from Linda of other workshop participants.  A week after completing my work with Linda, I had a successful interview with my current employer, and I have been employed with them as a Quality Process Engineer ever since.  I would recommend the career program with LInda to others that are looking to continue their careers.
